The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently close to all the major shopping malls, restaurants, and transportation links. Being able to easily access everything we wanted to see and do was a huge plus.
The pool was a huge disappointment. It was way too small and always crowded.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a luxurious getaway and were impressed with the exclusive amenities. the service was top-notch and the spa provided a relaxing escape. the infinity pool had a breathtaking view and the sun terrace was perfect for some rest and relaxation. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious options for the included buffet breakfast, and the poolside snack bar was a convenient option for some light bites. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of beach umbrellas at the outdoor swimming pool. Otherwise, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this venue for anyone seeking a luxurious and indulgent experience.

The welcome drink and organized check-in were great. The service by the friendly staff was great, except at the swimming pool and breakfast buffet. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family of four. The breakfast buffet was above average, with a good selection. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the hotel provided free TV channels and a Bluetooth speaker. The higher floors were quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, shopping, and massages.

We had a sensational stay at a trendy hotel in a prime location. The hotel was situated right next to the main shopping mall strip and within walking distance of amazing food halls and malls. The staff provided exceptional service from start to finish, and the club lounge offered breathtaking views of the city. Our Heritage Room was beautifully designed with a bed that felt like a cloud. The pool was refreshing and overlooked the city, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options.
There was one aspect of the hotel that fell short. Some of the lights in our room buzzed when turned on, and the air conditioning unit was quite loud.
